2nd anniversary with my boy

Happy 2nd birthday to my boy~~~it's also 七夕情人節 today.
What a special day full of love :)
My boy is strong. Every time he fell down, he can still function well. His wound can prove how tough he is.
He is thoughtful. He played Maroon 5 to me when I was working out each time.
He doesn't mind wearing a broken case like I'm used to wearing broken jeans.
Thanks God that my iPhone can last for 2 years. Please survive as long as you can, because I don't have money for iPhone 5 and I like to be with you.

Run a little more with strategy

Sometimes I run. Most likely 5km is the normal distance.
When I took enough medicine, I tried to workout as much as I can. 
Although I got sun burnt while swimming and injured while running, it won't stop me.
Recently, I'm thinking to run 10 km in Standard Chartered Marathon 2013.
It's possibly to be held 24 Feb next year. More than enough time to practise, right? 
What I need is a pair of running shoes and some training guidelines. Adidas Stan Smith can't be running shoes! 

A little piece of tips here:  
1. As for finding places to run: Anywhere that's safe for walking is also fine for running. Off-road routes (parks, bike paths, high school tracks) are better than high-traffic streets, and soft surfaces (grass, dirt) are better than paved ones, but any choice is better than staying home.

2. you should begin with a simple 1-mile test run (four laps on a standard track) to determine your starting point. Think of this run as a low-key test, not a race. Run at a pace a little beyond easy but less than a struggle, and count on improving your mile time in later tests as your fitness improves. 

3. Run 2 to 3 miles, 3 to 5 days a week at a comfortable pace. It's easier to remember as the F-I-T formula: frequency (at least every other day); intensity (comfortable pace); and time (about 30 minutes). 

4. A comfortable pace is 1 to 2 minutes per mile slower than your mile trial time. Or you can use a heart-rate monitor and run at 65 to 75 percent of your maximum heart rate. (Note: Max heart rate is 205 minus half your age). Or, my favorite because it's so simple: Listen to your breathing. If you aren't gasping for air, and you can talk while you're running, your pace is just right. 

5. Walk briskly for 5 minutes (about a quarter-mile), then break into your comfortable running pace. (Don't count the warmup as part of your workout time or distance.) When you finish your run, resist the urge to stop suddenly. Instead, walk another 5 minutes to cool down more gradually. Then comes the best time for stretching.

朋友,好人們

上星期皮膚再進入反叛期,之前只有T 字位有一堆油脂粒和小瘡,但正常的面珠居然又紅又痛又痕,連嬌嫩的眼睛都好痛!
苦無對策,於是在facebook 留言,感激我的好友們,真心的、衷心的多謝,不論哪個時候認識的,有多久沒聯絡,相熟不相熟的,都在facebook、inbox、whatsapp、電話或當面問候和建議好的醫生給我。
其中也知道原來他們也經歷過不同的皮膚之苦!主啊,求你憐憫,原來好多人都因皮膚有事而好辛苦!大家都不明白為何皮膚會有事,我們都無做一些很錯的事,錯到會爛面啊!
我想起約伯,他是一個義人,做好事,得上主喜悅,但他經歷了很嚴重,比我辛苦千萬倍的皮肉之苦,家人朋友也離棄他。
求主堅固我信心,我一定會好返的!

昨天遇到一些好事!
早餐的meun 寫「豬扒通粉+火腿奄列」,正常是一塊豬扒吧!回家打開外賣,發現是兩大塊呢!十分豐富喔!
終於受不了,看了一個朋友介紹的醫生,取藥時,承惠$500,但我身上只有$470,姑娘很好地只收我$400,餘下的$100 下次再清還,感動!

how are you?


Sometimes, this question ‘how are you?’ is very difficult to answer. Properly the hardest question in the world.
May be I don’t know where to start explaining my situation. It’s long and complex.
May be I even don’t know clearly how I am. That’s a worse case.
May be you are not the one who I’m willing to tell u how I am. You are not a total stranger, but not a close friend neither.
May be you are basically a jerk who messed up my life and I don’t really wanna let u know how I was suffering and how I am alive now.
Therefore, I don’t know how to answer ‘how are you?’.
I'm more than curious that why you asked me 'how are you?'. Indeed, do you care how I am while asking? 
Well, whatever. It doesn't matter now, because I'm fine.

心碎了,腳痛了

2012年6月3日,劉翔跑出12秒87,平了世界紀錄!


2012年8月7日,劉翔跨勝了。
可能是舊患,可能是壓力,無論如何,見到他這樣,真是心都碎,替他心痛啊!
他的實力無庸置疑的強!意志力更強!我要學習他的堅毅,就算跑不到,都堅持到最後,這是同自己的比賽,對手是自己,最後也只要對自己交待就夠了。

我想做運動,於是我就盡力去做!
白天游泳曬傷了,就去看醫生吧。
改成晚上於室內游泳,臉還是覺得刺刺的。
再改成夜晚跑步,腳被穿慣的波鞋刮損了,身上又因出汗而生紅點。
傷口康復時,難免會癢癢的,不自覺地r 損了。
我是白痴,我把傷口二度傷害,搞到今晚跑不了步,
不過我是不會放棄的! 我要學劉翔,不會因這些失敗而卻步的!

Olympics 2012

I wish I can watch Olympics everyday! That's one of my favorite programme on TV. Not mention I seldom watch TV or PPS currently. 

Some handsome and muscular guys draw ppl's attention this year, such as Marcel Nguyen. He's from Germany!! 
Well, not really my cup of tea :P His face looks girlish.

The one I'm expecting is Liu Xiang.

Regret that his round 1 Men's 110m hurdles will be held at 1710 HKT. I can't watch the live race in office (crying in my heart)

August

It's August now!!
What make August so special? Because it's my birth month! I received 'Happy Birthday' since the very last 2 days in July already. The first one was from Shiseido. Even 工會聯 send me the birthday message as well:P
I experienced a lot last year, in terms of work, serving in church, psychology, relationship...
Seeing it will be another single birthday, I will make it up all up to my mind. I'm planning how to celebrate it for a better me coming ahead in the next year!! yeah~~go rock it!
