Customer is right but shouldn't be rude

The past 2 days was so hard for me. Each day received a trouble customers’ call, esp the one called yesterday. It drove me edgy that my colleague knew I was quiet tense while talking to her.

It’s ridiculous that she expected to receive the magazines within 1 day. She thought it’s my fault to make her magazines delay, or even lost. She blustered that she will call the police about someone stole her magazines. For God’s sake. She bothered me with this little matter for 6 times an hour!!! How come she can repeat all these bull shit for an hour!!! Please call the police!! I need the police to rescue me!!!

I was frightened when the phone rang after that.
